#2 Posted: 10/25/2011 5:55:33 AM new england -2.5. Pitt fans know that Ne has OWNED them in recent years. Pitt has looked kinda crappy this year. not their usual sb self. I know....I know...NE has a crappy D.
Don't overthink this. It's Tom Brady. It's new england. nuff said |

#6 Posted: 10/26/2011 12:34:08 AM Every sign seems to be screaming to take the pats.
Belicheck comin off the bye
It seems the pats have owned the steelers since 2000, I think the last time the steelers beat the pats was when pitt had plaxico and they ended their 21 game win streak
The Pats run an offense that is kryptonite to the steelers. Spread em out, expose their weak corners and get their linebackers in pass coverage.
Its torture as a steeler fan to watch brady gain 7 yds at a time and take troy and their linebackers out of the game.
That being said I think the steelers D steps up when they have to and Big Ben and Co score enough to keep it close. I just have a feeling this wont be the usual pats beat down. I mean if Dallas can hang with the pats the steelers certainly can at home

#7 Posted: 10/26/2011 5:52:03 AM I figure with all new englands many many weopons they will get it done on the ground, sea and air. I would say this game goes over for the same reason and due to New Englands sketchy defense.
Belichek is always two moves ahead of the other coaches. Probably already has their playbook.

Hahahahha that's hilarious. Great avatar too my man. Also leaning pats here..BB knows the state of this Pitt team, he and Brady will disect them. Pitt got Ravens on primetime next week i believe...doesnt mean much in this situation i dont think tho. They know they got BMOREs #. They wanna avenge Pats more than anything.. It will be a fun game to watch with Nantz/Simms as well

If Dallas can hang with Pats? Dallas has played a tough schedule and are loaded with talent. Minus the mistakes I think Dallas is BETTER than Pitt.... You say "Should keep it close" after saying all the reasons Pats should cover, then pick Pitt? I think this line says it all.....

As a homer you're trying to find reasons why Pitt will win, but again listed all the reasons why they won't...This post alone has me on NE for the LARGE!
With all due respect of course.... |

Pittsburgh wins at home because its secondary shuts down Brady & company.
