sorry for all you suckers that got Burned  on the dallas v Wash game.  I called that a Mile away.     I'm a lifelong dallas fan  (since 1981) and I've wasted a chunk of my life.....every game since 89 watching this organization through thick and thin.

Ok.  We all should know that truth by know that Dallas is a CHOKE team and isn't headed to anyones Sb.  I'm just hoping the boys can go 10-6 and make the playoffs at this point...let alone the sb.

Let's see....dallas is is a 9 point favorite against the Bears. Uh, I wouldn't bet on either team, but if I had to I would take the Bears +9 IMMEDIATELY before this spread goes down. Dallas will bounce back big time against cutler and Co...but 10 points better?   GL wit sitting on your hands for that.

I'm thinking under 41 is where it's at.  Overall I would stay away from this game. But Bears and the under...yeah, that's the ticket.

Last week the Bears eaked out a win at home vs the Lions after a disputed TD call went thier way after gamblers had to sit on pins and needles for the outcome of the replay call. No matter what side of the call you were on that game proved two things... The Lions with a healthy Matt Stafford are definitely getting better... and the Bears are still the same ole Bears. Chicago lost 3 fumbles and Cuttler threw one pick last week but beinfited from Lions T.O.'s and some big scoring plays themselves. Chicago outgained Detroit 463 to 168 but had to hold on for the win at home. Dallas also outplayed and outgained thier opponent, the Skins, but due to a costly turnover and some costly penalities found themselves a week one 13-7 loser at Washington. I do not like the Dallas Cowboys, thier fans, or anything about them but I now also have no alligence to any team. I am a fan of gambling and making money off these teams... all of them. Dallas does have the ability to cover this spread. It all depends if they can get thier act together and get over the Skins loss. They are fragile in the mind right now and have shown little ability on offence since thier first playoff win in a while last season. Maybe they have a playoff win hangover. Ha,ha,ha. I hate to do it but because of Cuttler but I will back the Bears defense here to keep me in the game and take the points.

My Guesstimate - Dallas-24 Chicago-17

this line is way inflated due to expectations of where the public is gonna lay their $.  of course, the average joe will think to himself "those cowboys are sure to bounce back in their home opener".  and that type of logic will cost the average joe as he clutches his losing ticket while the cowgirls continue to display how many issues they have.  yeah, the bears are nothing fantastic, but they are 1-0 after a tough division game which the cowboys arent.  bears have a great defense and matt forte is the real deal. who knows - maybe chicago's offense wont turn it over so many times.  i think the cowgirls will win this game by a field goal.

Dallas should not be giving 9 to any team in the nfl with their performance last night....

I see a low scoring game here

Da Bears +9 in the Under 41

Yeah I'm not sure what's going on with this spread either. But these are the games that make me think Vegas knows something I don't. Like Cutler is due for one of his classic 3 INT games.

hey everybody is all hyped over nothing.Cowboys wont definately make the superbowl but they definately wont play this in back to back weeks. They are to good of a team.Redskins are better team than the bullshit bears who really did lose to the lions with shaun hill in there to throw the winning TD(realistically) Also Dallas won their game other than the penalty but it shows Romo handled pressure well in the pocket escaping and makin the big play.Cowboys will be at Home also.So what im sayin is im takin dallas to cover the -8.5 they will kick cutlers behind

you make good points about how Chicago is not that good, and also about how the Redskins are probably better.... and Dallas isn't going to play that bad two weeks in a row...

but, I still like the Bears because the line is 8.5....  I can buy this up to 10 and have a 2 score window...

I'd be in shock if the Bears won this straight up....

I see a low scoring game with Dallas comfortably ahead and Cutler throwing the ball every down to catch up.... the question is do the Bears catch back up... I just see a backdoor cover here...

GL TO ALL!

You're right. If it were -14.0 die hard Cowbilly fans would back their team, while the smart money goes the other way. This is why i try not to bet on the Giants because i want them to win every game, even when they won't. When you bet with your heart, defeat can't be far behind.

"Cutler is due for one of his classic 3 INT games." You can also insert Romo's name into that sentence.

This maybe true, crap "D" vs. crap O line. How does the o line even it up? By holding. How many Dallas big plays will be call back? Line up Peppers over Alex Barron out of 30 times, i bet he holds 10. Plus you have that extra ref behind the line watching him.

What kind of brain trust cuts the 2nd most penalized player in the NFL and replaces him with the most penalized player?

Still alot of points to lay.The smart move would pass on this one and find something easier to cap.

AMEN.   i have to painfully admit that spytheweb has been right about alot of dallas games where they didn't cover.  I'm a diehard dallas fan, but I don't see how anyone can logically say that Dallas is definately due for a -9 cover on anyone.  Wash was godawful last week and Jason Garrett managed to call one of his class bullsht games.  anythang can happen, but dallas is a classic iffy team

btw GL to your giants. I am actually a giants fan from afar. I hate Philly and wash, but I have to respect the gmen and their superbowl pedigree especially the 2007 contest where they had one of the greatest upsets of all freakin time.  as a dallas fan I find solace in knowing they lost to the eventual sb champion.

"The Bears running back was recognized by the NFL, being named NFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday after gaining 201 yards from scrimmage (50 rushing, 151 receiving) and scoring on TD receptions of 89 and 28 yards in a 19-14 victory over the Lions."

Cowbillies may have to score more than one TD to win.

the boys are getting 2 very important Olinemen back this week. i really think they play some better football in this game. dallas has a pretty good secondary to handle cutler and it looks like ware will be fine for this game.

thx lechero for the feedback
