This should be a complete beat down.....Zona has bought into Rich Rod's schpeel now......they will have a good run for a few years.......at least by their measures.......Zona might hang 50 on the Wolfpack in this one.

I agree Irish, Zona scores in the 50"s or more.

Arizona - 53                                      Nevada - 31

Wildcats -9.5                              over 75

That tough schedule the Wildcats play have them primed and ready to ' (9 teams on their schedule are bowling this year). Wolfpack after that tough season ending loss to Boise will have a tough time rebounding vs a superior Wildcat team.. Arizona gets thr pac-12 off to a strong start. It's been awhile since the Wildcats had a bowl victory.2008 vs BYU.

Arizona - Over

Does motivation count for anything?  Well...Arizona has none.  They lost in the Territorial Cup, they DID NOT want to go to this bowl (conflicts with finals, conflicts with a men's basketball game, at least 10 seniors may not participate), and, and, and....

Admittedly, know zilch about Nevada, but wouldn't play Arizona as a big chalk, that's for sure.  Will play the ml on Nevada, and the points, and maybe the under.

This is the time of the year when the square money really shows its face, especially on Covers.  Lots of comments about how certain double digit favorites are " gonna kill 'em " and " can't lose " and " lock of the year " etc.   So far we are off to a good start with most of the squares here on Arizona and their high flying offense.  The squares always win just enough of these games to keep them coming back for more and ultimately they will lose more than they win during bowl season.  Nevada+10 should be your first play of the year.

A lot of times bowl games are about motivation.. Some teams are just happy to get to a bowl, therefore will be more motivated.. Other teams are used to playing in a more high profile bowl and may be disappointed at where they ended up (USC anyone??).. Those are the matchups you gotta find..

Anyways, on to this game.. Arizona should be able to cover this but motivation may be a bit lacking.. I gotta believe they're happy to be back in a bowl after a losing season last year, but you never know.. Nevada on the other hand is usually a good dog in bowl games, and should be up to play this one.. Will wait to see how the line moves and closer to game time to pull the trigger

you can worry about motivation for teams that were projected to fight for the championship i.e usc oklahoma or perennial powerhouses on an off year playing in garbage bowls i.e texas, vatech, lsu but a team like arizona that played much better than expected and have a sr qb with rich rod showing his recruits hes turning the program around have all the motivation to play hard and win.

nevada as it has an offense that can put up points but plays zero defense. arizona doesnt have a great d by any means but will be able to stop nevada enough to cover.

Nevada +10 and the OVER, on the M.Line if you got nuts. Good value game for sure. Total is very high, could go up to 77 by game time. Being that it is an early morning game, last team to score wins the game, UA defense is banged up and Nevada needs a good showing for recruiting measures. Attendance will be dismal...Advantage Nevada.

Lighten up, Francis.  Not all dogs cover especially with Saturday's first two games.  Both lines haven't moved much, the sharps are laying off and for good reason.  From the outside looking in, I think all four teams have motivation.  Nevada wants to beat a BIG boy, AZ is back in a bowl and Rich Rod has 'em pointed in the right direction.  Toledo played N.ILL real close a couple of weeks ago and has talent.  Utah St is having it's best season and will want to finish strong.  I'm leaning AZ and Toledo but small plays.  Over in the Nev/AZ game.

Arizona -9.5 but this one goes under 38-28. Nevada has a shitty schedule but Arizona tends to play to level of opponent. Rich Rod has been known to choke in big games.

Over? Really? 76????...all it takes in a couple long drives or a turnover after a long drive and it don't have a chance to go over...I think both teams run the ball too much to go over...these college O/U are getting too nuts(the pros too for that matter).....man, watching that first half could be hard if you have the over and its 10-3 midway through the second quarter. Then you pray for defensive touchdowns and big plays until you finally stop watching and hope.

I totally agree I've made maybe 2 o/u bets in my lifetime. I like Nevada with the points. Zombie zona will still be putting after their pathetic loss against arizona st. 4th quarter romp. Good Like guy's, i neeed it im  not gonna lie after what happened if you game watched the SF Fins game last sunday
