USF has only covered 1 of their last 8 games. They only covered 2 of their home games which were Ball St and Flordia A&M. They also have a large injury list. QB Daniels and WR Griffin are doubtful.
W.Va has covered 4 of their last 8 games. They have covered 2 of their last 3 road games .Which were Cincy and Rutgers. Only 2 on the injury list WR Starks is out.
I'll still go with Smith and the Mountaineers -2 1/2

Yup, Vegas doesn't know how to cap games. Stupid fools are still using last year's match-up. Good thing we're all smarter than that.
I've looked at this game from every angle, and can't sniff out any reason that WV shouldn't win convincingly. But there's something somewhere that makes Vegas want us all on West Virginia. So I'm going to clench my teeth and take da Bulls just because I like being on the same side as the books.
Sorry but Im not understanding your logic here. If it looks acts and feels like a duck, is it a turtle?
WVA -3 for me
WVA #11 in passing offense
USF #83 in passing defense
G/L

it seems to me that its pretty even on whos taking who. people are on w.va cuz there the better team, and s.fl cuz there home. ill take the better team any day over a home team especially when w.va is playing for a better bowl. they lose this game out of top 25 and headed to a crappy bowl. w.va by 7+...gl all

Not sure why everyone in this forum acts like West Virginia is so much better than South Florida and this line shoule be so much bigger and this is some sort of conspiracy. Both teams suck! And so does the rest of the Big East.
I just think the oddmakers have no idea how to handicap the Big East. This game could go either way. This is the same West Virginia team that got humiliated by a terrible Syracuse team, and lost to a terrible Louisville team. Also they had to come back to beat an awful Pitt team. So I see this as a coin flip game.
