#14 Posted: 11/18/2011 2:19:01 PM I live in Houston. I might just go to my 1st college gameday.... should be exciting. Anyone going?
I hear arguments about Houston being excited, but wouldn't it also apply to SMU... hmmmm?
SMU plays defense, Houston of course is ExPlOsIvE on offense.... too close for me to call.

#15 Posted: 11/18/2011 10:58:33 PM SMU covers this one.. June Jones thrives in this role.. Remember when undefeated BYU came to Hawaii as huge favorites?? I see the same thing happening here.. maybe not a win, but a cover at least |

#19 Posted: 11/19/2011 4:42:57 AM No. 11 Houston vs. SMU Houston’s Case Keenum is just seven completions shy of breaking the NCAA’s all-time record of 1,403. The Cougars, who are averaging a nation-best 54.7 points per game, have won five straight over SMU. |

#20 Posted: 11/19/2011 4:44:49 AM SPORTSCHATPLACE:
5-5, 3-4 Texas A&M trounced SMU 46-14 to open the season. Three of five away contests have been blowout losses but one of their wins, 40-33 in overtime, happened against the 8-2, 5-0 Horned Frogs to begin October. Houston is 5-0 at home with four wins coming by at least 29 points. However the Cougs began the year with a 38-34 win at home against 5-5, 4-3 UCLA so it is possible for the Mustangs to hang around. It would take some real cojones to take Southern Methodist on the Money Line, but to hang within 20 points is managable. |

#22 Posted: 11/19/2011 5:28:06 AM Houston is a cover machine at home. I do not see any conceivable angle where SMU covers in this game.....which probably means they will.
Houston -20

#23 Posted: 11/19/2011 9:32:29 AM SMU can stay with them offensively and plays better D. This one should stay within the chalk. I'll take the pile of points and hope that Houston struggles a bit with a team that can huck it and play solid D.

game at robertson in houston...gameday crew there. houston won last 5, covered in 3. too much on the line for houston to ever pull up. zach line may be out for smu or at lease subject to injury/slowed...
houston rolls... |

everyone says smu has d, but a 38-7 loss to tulsa does not imply that...
houston's d sucks, but, houston's will wear out that smu d...houston pulls away and covers in the 4th... |
