UK and over are my initial leans. UK was slowed down by UL buy scored 69pts. KU wont slow the game down like OSU did to them either. Game should be up tempo.
UK shot well in the dome (was very surprised based on previous year's numbers on dome shooting fg%) UK was able to shoot 60% 1st half vs UL. I doubt KU will allow that high of %, but UK will get enough open shots to win this game by more than one possession. KU is turnover prone and KU is not as great defensively as UK.  Will need to do more research before making final predictions.

Kansas will be outrebounded and they don't have the depth to run with Kentucky all game. Kansas will hang for a while, probably the fisrt half, but they will be gobbled up in the second half. Bill Self gave it away in his press confrence when he told everyone how "great of a coach Cal is," reality is here, Self already knows the outcome. I rarely bet favorites, but I can't see the dog keepin it within the number, 74-66. Goodluck everyone!!!!

Kentucky -3 1/2 & under (1st half)  Kentucky  is the better offensive and defensive team.  Kentucky should start fast and Kansas should start slow.  Kansas style of using the 45 sec clock should keep the game under. I like Kentucky in the 1st half because of the 3 1/2.  Kentucky should cover 6 1/2 but 3 1/2 is the safer bet.

Also like Kentucky 1st half. I believe they try and run Kansas early, get an early lead leaving nothing to chance. After all this is there only chance to win a national championship before the money calls.

I see nerves playing a part in the biggest game of these kids lives coupled with a great defensive effort from both squads.  With that said, put me down for Kansas plus the chalk, Kentucky on the moneyline (-330) AND Under the Total please.  Thanks!

I month ago as seen on the Yahoo tourney picks, I had Kentucky beating Kansas 72-66 in the championship game. One month later that is right where I sit. I can't do much with this game as is. I teased Kentucky with some other NBA games yesterday and will just see how the 1st half goes as I have Kentucky -3.5 for that as well. Total ..... is really hard. I liked the under 140, but that lasted for about 10 seconds and now it is bet down to 136 in some places.

I think this game will be played in the 60s.  Kansas plays a slow tempo using the whole 45 sec clock.  This shouldl limit the # of possessions and keep the score low like the OSU game.  Kansas plays good D and shouldl try to make Kentucky play a half court game like Louisville which also should keep the score low.

Kentucky 68

Kansas    60

I think you will see Kansas play similar to when they played Carolina. They scored 47 points in the first half...the over in the first half is the pick here.

I realize Kentucky has a great defence, but I cannot see Kansas holding the ball and running out the shot clock in this game...when you play a young team, you need to come at them and come strong. Robinson will be doubled like in the first game they met, so Taylor, in my eyes is the key to this game...from the outside and penetrating.

Kansas plus the points here and the over for me. Good Luck to all!
