I can't play Churchill today, but if i could this is what I would be thinking. (have not checked scratches)
8th #2 tap 21--(4-1 ML), key in exotics with several horses, going hardest to the 7, 2nd hardest to the 4...may just bet to win on the 2, as it's short field...then play exacta with it in 2nd, with the 7, 4 on top
9th race #9 is strong, but it is the turf....so mostly pass as i don't key favprotes on the turf, but will play dd 4,7 (if odds permit) to 9 and any other overlays in 8th, to the 9, for a small play, since 9 is pretty strong.
