Just finished running 5 miles; did 300 push-ups and 700 sit ups; drank a raw eggs shake with 10 oz. of protein .....all in an attempt to get in shape for the 2013 TRIPLE CROWN SEASON!

Where y'at Mikey!  Happy New Year to you.  It's been monsoon season down here on the bayou-even cancelled the FG yesterday-so I wasn't able to do my 3-mile morning run-uh, walk.  Let me know when you're in track shape and I'll make a small play.

Keep an eye on this year's drinking favorite-He's Had Enough.  Good luck in all endeavors.

HI TYGER.....we've lucked out. No snow here.  No racing right now here either and we have had a quarantine at Hawthorne since October.  I like your pick...please keep us posted as we get toward the Fairgrounds TC races.

PS: Sorry to see your Tigers get beat out in the bowl. I bet them that day.
