Hawthorne right now is playing like Rockingham circa 1995.

There is a real shortage of horses there due to a virus that has quarantined one barn for a month and restricted horses from coming in and out of the track, thus a lot of short fields and horses filling conditions in which they shouldn't be entered.

A few jocks to watch there right now.....Hernandez up from Fairmount looks like the real deal and he is getting some nice spots at mid-range odds. Canchari has found a very nice stride and he has a few live ones today (race 1 #6 and he might do something in R3 on 20-1 shot #9); Seth Martinez & Q. Hamilton doing good, but I think Frenchy Geroux is riding best there right now.

Live longie in R6 is #12 PESO off layoff, but working well with excellent trainer Janks stats. 12-1 so keep an eye.

PP: I think Timeless Facts goes big today as does PESO in R6.

Great....Boyce trains, not Janks; my mispoke. Her stats off layofff, synth to turf record; duo with Cisco in wins and that last work tell me he is ready to go.
