I have never done adderal in enough amounts to create a physical addiction or horrible withdrawal...
I have also experimented in other stimulants like cocaine, E, never tried molly tho... kinda past my time...
you can add mushrooms, acid, and salvia to your list...
I
have taken opiates as prescribed... tried
some opium hash back in the
day, that is about the extent of my opiate use... doesnt work well with
my body chemistry....
I dont drink coffee or any type of caffeine. I drink alcohol on occasion and I dont smoke or have no history of tobacco use...

You always get called out on being here all day and night... approx 20 hours a day ... so you had to come up with some kind of plan as to how you could possibly work ...
since you only have around 10 hours free time (and thats not including time needed to sleep ) .. but anyways since you only have 10 hours in a week you had to find a way to make that seem legible and come up with an actual career or job yourself... so this is what you came up with
bets
I worked 100 hrs per week for long enough
now I own the medical center( 50%) and pharmacy (25%)
I delegate
I need only work 6-8 hours per week and that to help other doctors with their personal development plans, their education and to help them get through their appraisals.Sitting on Regional drugs and therapeutics committee . No need for me now to hold clinics, there are plenty of staff for that.
NOT TO MENTION ... THIS WHOLE PAGE IS HILARIOUS... THE WHOLE THREAD IS...
