i'll be staying at the Cove Atlantis in the bahamas for the next month or two...if anyone makes their way down that way just tell them "c027" at the concierge and you'll get 30% off your stay as long as im still there (not that you'll need the discount if you tailed me all season + tonight).....see you in the mlb forums soon....
as always, it's not gambling when the game is fixed ahead of time

once again it's that time of year and I haven't talked to this guy since last year at this time....until......my Luther Vandross ringtone starts blowing up in the middle of last night....
cut a long story short...his father is still head maintenance of this year's Final Four, and but unlike year's past they did not change the rim model after the Saturday games had finished...fast forward to Sunday.....my friend's dad was searching around NRG Stadium for a specific type of paint primer (since they had run out), when he noticed a group of security personnel blocking the entrance....After inquiring for a few minutes, the security told him they were shooting a Coca-Cola commercial and they would be done shortly...they were trying to convince my friend's dad it was something similar to this (https://myspace.com/unctarheelman/video/roy-williams-coca-cola/6042577).....keep in mind this was commercial being shot deep in the basement at NRG stadium..hmmmm.., so my friend's dad played along and took another route around back near the outdoor exit.....about 5 minutes later he noticed coach Roy Williams leaving with 3 other men and a group of security personel, and into a limo....my friend's dad was luckily able to snap some clear images with his iphone of the 3 men..... forward to the middle of last night......Once his son forwarded me the images, i didn't take me long to figure out who the men were ..... Muhtar Kent (CEO Coca-Cola).......Richard Fairbank (CEO Capital One).....Giovanni Caforio (CEO Bristol-Myers Squibb)....
two of the three biggest sponsors of the NCAA are Capital One and Coca-Cola....that wasn't too shocking...but why Bristol-Myers?......all in a room with Roy Williams on the eve of the National Championship game? ........
cut a long story short..... the "vertigo" Mr. Williams suffered on Feb. 16 against Boston College was in fact a TIA, which is a mini-stroke, and usually a good sign of a heart attack in the future...which makes sense why Mr. Caforio (maker of Plavix) was present....it's no wonder Williams has looked like garbage the past 2 months...so how does this affect tonight's game?
cut a long story short...... my inside guy at Capital One pulled some records for me this morning.... sure enough an outgoing wire transfer was made from Roy Williams' Capital One account to Mr. Kent and Mr. Caforio's account in a large sum of money that I'd rather not disclose on here.......that money was then wired from the two execs account right after lunch, to 10 different "numbered accounts"...hmmmm... the 10 people? .... how about all 10 of the NCAA final four referee committee.....
cut a long story short... Roy Williams can't afford a heart attack in one of the biggest games of his coaching career..probably the last run he'll make as a head coach in college basketball with his looming health issues....expect Williams to look unusually calm on the sideline for the biggest game of the year ... .tarheels in a route....
(staying away from the total since the "under" rims were not put on prior the NC game. also was not given any info on how the refs would dictate the pace of the game, just as long as UNC wins easily..when that happens, the game almost always ends very close to where Vegas sets it.....
