this guy constantly gets 10 round fights...if his fight with Lucas was a 12 rounder Lucas would KHTFO.  I'm sick of this guy Devon.  His style is ugly, that noise he makes is ugly, and he's a quitter.  I hope Maidana retires him from the sport but I believe he may try to run for 10 rounds and steal a decision.  But what if Maidana comes foward and walks through that patheitc jab Devon has?  he will stay on top of him all fight and Chino has a meanness to him like no one on boxing.  He is an animal inside that rign and that's why I love him.

Maidana has underrated footspeed and can fight with both hands well.    I believe he can keep pace with Devon and get on the inside and do work.  

At first it was a no play, but I'm going to go with Chino to win outright @ +150 hedged with Devon by decision.  

What are your guys thoughts?

its not a title fight.

you're going to bet against devon in st louis?

i like alexander here as maidana's power has yet to be tested at ww and devon is the more skilled boxer.

Alexander sticks and moves his way to another hometown decision.. He'll definitely have a shaky moment or two

I was wondering if after two bad performances he wants to show hometown he is the real thing, or stay smart at boxing to win an ez decision as the better athlete by just picking spots and a lot of movement.

That may be true, but he is going to be faced with two options:
1.) Win a boring fight
2.) Risk loosing an entertaining fight.

Everyone must be telling Alexander that all he has to do is box the whole night and Chino wont be able to touch him and he walks away with the decision. No doubt in my mind, this is the route that he takes.
