Tenn +175 (0.726 to win 1.274)

Record: 24.5-20.5-4 +5.798%

CLE +12 v BAL (1.024 to win 0.976)

Overpriced line here so I have to bite. Huge letdown spot for the Ravens here and I normally would sprinkle some on the money line but going to be conservative here.

Record: 25.25-20.5-4 +6.774%

Everton v Southampton +0.5 +218 (0.628% to win 1.372%)
  • Will this bet cash? Probably not. But Everton are overpriced here so I have to bite. I don't want to play the AH line because if they get a lead they could easily put 4 on the board.

Reading v Newcastle to win +152 (0.794% to win 1.206%)
  • Newcastle have under performed this year but we're getting a great price on a team that was pretty good away from home last year. I think they have a great shot at all three points.
Fulham +0.5 +115 v Manchester City (0.930% to win 1.070%)
  • City won the title last year at home and against the top teams. These are the games they struggled with and I see no reason why it'd be different this time around.

Manchester United -1 +103 v Tottenham (0.985% to win 1.015%)
  • Tottenham are not the same so I'm backing the Devils heavy. They're solid at home, especially against good competition, and I'm willing to lay the goal.

Aston Villa v West Brom pk +121 (0.904% to win 1.096%)
  • This line scares the hell out of me. The way better team at plus money on a pick 'em? This line stinks but I can't pass it up. These are too opposite ends of the spectrum and its the complete opposite of my normal buy low, sell high. Oh well, let's hope Villa can't manage a win here.
I'll be back Sunday morning for some NFL picks - nothing jumping out at me too heavily right now but I imagine I'll be on Carolina, Oakland, and Miami. Jeesh, that's scary.

Got crushed in EPL and killed it in the NFL to end up netting some profit. Can't complain.

St Louis to Rams win +112 v Arizona Cardinals (0.943% to win 1.057%)

I liked the Dolphins last week against Arizona and now they must travel on the road and lay points to a division foe? Yikes. I'll take the plus money again.

Head to head Arizona is 9-1. Seems they have Seattle number but I am banking on the good home play from Seattle and Arizona looked shaky last week. They are riddled with injuries and their luck will run out.    Someone here had a good point that it would be better for the NFL to have a 5-0 team but Seattle can rint he ball good and that defense at home rivals some of the best. Go Seattle.

First play is always a run.///Im flipping a coin and looking for a quick score. Seattle get the ball and give it to Jackson. Seems simple enough

NFL, I'm looking at a few doggies that might bark. There might not be a better buy low opportunity for a team in the league than the Jets. It's gonna be a terribly hard bet to stomach and watch on MNF but I can't argue with getting a TD. I like the Colts as well with a similar line.  My mind says the Skins are a good play but my Burgandy and Gold veins are scared I'm thinking with my heart, I might take a stab there as well.  Other quick hitters that I like include Cincy, Pitt, New Orleans, and Carolina.  We shall see.

Staying away from that one. I think Tottenham wins but they are too short to back so I'll just watch. NFL plays:

Washington Redskins to win +140 v Atlanta Falcons (0.834% to win 1.166%)

  • Two teams coming off of completely different come from behind wins. The Falcons were outplayed and squeaked out a win while the Skins dominated but missed FG after FG to make it interesting. I'll take the great price.

Pittsburgh Steelers -3.5 +105 v Philadelphia Eagles (0.976% to win 1.024%)

  • Still not sold on the Eagles and as square as this play is I can't get off of it. Last weeks win was not convincing and the Steelers have had two weeks to figure out how to kill Vick.

Cincinnati Bengals -3 -116 v Miami Dolphins (1.074% to win 0.926%)

  • Miami have played well of late, no doubt. But Arizona's performance on TNF shows how little merit the Dolphins performance against them should hold. They are not on the same level as the Bengals and I expect them to roll.

Jacksonville Jaguars to win +210 & +5.5 -105 v Chicago Bears (0.323% & 1.536% to win 0.677% & 1.464%)

  • The bears are laying over a FG away from home? Gimme a break. They've playd one good game out of three - Jay Cutler is just too inconsistent for me to back here. I think the average bettor will lay the points because 5.5 is a no-mans land amount of points. I'm all over them.

I really wanted to pull the trigger on the Colts and Chiefs but I wanted a TD so I laid off. Not sure why I'm on all the home teams this weak but there just aren't any enticing road lines this week for me. Hope everyone can make some money - I hope my EPL plays hit tomorrow morning so I don't surrender some cash in back to back weeks in England.

Not sure what you're trying to say here. In order for me to back Indy, I would've wanted to get at least +7. Same for KC. Since both are lingering around 6.5 I decided to stay away.

Terrible weekend --- nothing else to say.....

New York Jets +9.5 -102 v Houston Texans (1.514% to win 1.486%)

  • This line is just silly, I completely understand the sentiment but it's gone too far. In essence, if this game was in Houston they would be laying over 2 TDs. No way. It's one of those games that you hate to bet, don't want to watch, but show up at the window and cash it in the end.
