I'm going to sink or swim with France in this group. I expect England to sit back and defend as is the style of Hodgson. There is nothing to be said that has not been mentioned in previous threads. England will have to travel far where as France is based in Donetsk. I fully expect a low scoring match but there is no value to be found even 1.50/-200 is hard to get on the Under 2.5 so I will lay off. Injury concerns and a lack of a consistent goal scoring threat will hurt England, but I would not put it past them to eek out a draw. Thus I will cover my behind with ;

I was more impressed with the resolve the Greeks put on display than the Czech meltdown. Prior to the tournament I picked the Chechs to finish bottom here and I have no idea why they are the favourites in this matchup. The Greeks lost their top defender Papadopoulos but I still rate their organization at the back as top class. Neither of these two teams have any goal scoring threat and both need a result. There is zero value on the Under. We have not seen a goose egg scoreline of 0-0 yet this could be the first. I will have to go with a value wager here of;

This matchup could get very ugly off the field as everyone knows these nations do not like eachother, add to the fact the stupid Russians are planning a march through Warsaw to celebrate their Independence day from who...Poland of all nations. I would not be surprised if the Russian team gets food poisoning or something. On the field there is no doubt the Russians are more talented but could they be complacent ? Alot depends of what happens in the first game but once again I have to back value and that can only be found on Poland;
