As I was scrolling down this thread, I saw that you were considering the Acura TSX....I was going to tell you that I know someone who has one and they absolutely love it. Sounds like you took the plunge.....hope you feel the same way about it.

It's Blue. Being I've had great success at work and betting on cbb, I'm getting mags. No doubt. The car looks alot sweeter in nice tires. |

Just checking, cause my neighbor has a red one with red mags. It looks pretty good actually. |

a CD got stuck in the player so I tried to fix it and broke it more. Now none of the buttons work, I still can't get the DAMN CD out, and the worst part, somehow when I was working on it, it changed to an all gospel choir channel, so I'm rollin around town rocking out some Amazing Grace. The dealership I bought the truck from told me it would cost about $500 to replace the radio. WTF? |

#148 Posted: 1/25/2008 11:29:38 AM Don't ever take it to the stealership for radio work. A replacement OEM (usually crap radio in the first place) is always expensive. Try a local audio shop. CD players are so cheap now that it's hard to go wrong with an aftermarket one. That being said, some trucks have an oddball sized opening for their radio, which takes some fabrication work for it to look right when using aftermarket.
But to get your CD out there should be a way to completely reset your radio, and when that's done they usually spit out whatever CD is in it. What'd you do, take a hammer to it??

#149 Posted: 1/25/2008 11:43:06 AM I was trying to get the face of it off, so I could see what I was working with and apparently I pulled it a little too hard. It started shooting sparks and everything, so I decided I better quit before I screw up the whole truck. |

My wife has the big car (GMC Envoy). Personally have always had smaller sedans (replaced Mitsu Galant) so that's what I prefer. I'm enjoying the car a lot. Just fits me very well.
