The 66-year-old chef testified that she and her family used the n-word and really wanted to cater a wedding party where there would only be black waiters who would play slaves.

She also elaborated on her slave wedding idea, “The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America…after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War…It was not only black men, it was black women…I would say they were slaves.”

What a fine catch and looker she is huh? I'm sure this will be spun into "oh come on now she was just joking."

It's nice to see that one of her employees stood up and took this racist to court. She is going to lose everything.

Her branded buffet/gift shop in Tunica MS (Harrah's casino) was probably the worst I have ever seen.I've seen some nasty Vegas ones...From what looked edible enough to eat that I tried,ended up almost water poisoning myself a couple hours later trying to lose some salt I guess..

Not to mention half the garbage wasn't labeled and the cook said the clientele steals them as souveniers...Laughable friggin rednecks.

I hope she gets hammered worse than the outcry of her promoing a diabeities (sp?) drug
