Well... I'm not sure what his IQ was, but this was a very stupid thing to do considering he didn't stay out the way of vehicles traveling 50 to 70 mph.

Forget about his IQ...I mean maybe he was high on some drug.
You know drugs have been known to influence people to do some really stupid things that could turn out to be deadly.

When I first read this I thought it was a good point, but, in reality, alcohol makes more people do more stupid things. For the most part when people do drugs, be it cocaine or heroine or whatever it is, people are at home watching TV or just jammin to tunes while they enjoy their high. Because alcohol is so widely accepted, people drink out in the open everywhere often displaying their recreational use to the world. In bars, concerts, parking lots, outdoor parties, etc. The next thing you know their acting like jack asses and putting themselves in danger because they've consumed enough alcohol to kill a large dog. And yet they're oblivious to this until they piss somebody off and get their ass kicked. Alcohol actually does have a much bigger negative impact on society than drugs do. And the prohibition of drugs causes more problems than perhaps anything.
