Like most large cities there are issues for certain but its not the worse place thats for sure.

As far as i see it, too many people of american culture tend to try and take advantage of young kids. There are too many pornsite signups pertaining to sites that entail "barely legal." a 59 year old shall prearrange with the 18 year old ahead of time to ensure a relationship is ok, instead of lying. Kids definitely shall not be taken advantage of because for me i feel that it might alter their brain in such a way that they are traumatized. All of a sudden they are a young adult starring in anal friggin scenes when normally they wouldn't have had any interest in porn to start with had they not been raped or molested, this to me is fucked up. To me those girl out there should be doing porn because it's in their heart, not because of some fucked up garbage like being abducted out on the streets because of some stranger. To me it's ok if a girl had sex for the first time and then BUOYAHH! she fuckin' loves it as hell and wants to be fucked by some of the more giant black person of porn that you can think of. Women in porn who have been there because of some kind of rape or unwanted forceful past sexual advances is just really fucked up man. darn that garbage. Should death to a person occur who takes action on their sexual appetite for children? Then of course you got Michael Jackson who did his thing while not harming the kids he probably slept in the same bed with, simply put, rules and laws are as is. I suggest not to darn with the laws, just obey them and try and do the right thing. dexter morgan shall get called out. Only he would know when to take action. Anyone's guess would be that he wouldn't take any physical action on carlos figueroa, but i do believe he would have a watchful eye on the court proceedings to insure that he is never to be given another chance out into the open street again like we are able to see in the video.

Pay attention to any child that is not in close proximity to a parent. If you're not sure then friggin ask.
