Actually, bad fried food is bad for you (and most places you eat serve bad fried food). If you do it right, very little oil seeps into the food. But the oil has to be the right temp. and you have to be careful how much food you fry at one time. |

i eat fast food probably 4 times a week, but I workout also. I'd probably have a 6 pack if I ate healthier and drank less. But, im not fat and get my fair share of ladies so at this point id rather eat like a king and drink a 6 pack than have a 6 pack. |

some burger joints are just awesome. and those restaurants that microwave ur food... thats just gross. but w/e floats ur boat... and its good once in a full moon...
4x a week is not bad if u are eating the right fast food places... in n out burger... now thats a hamburger fast food place |
