Do you thank those ape like ancestors of humans who luckily one day decided to go for a walk away from the pack and eventually turned into beings one day?

I thank and worship the sun, it is tangible and highly favored to be responsibler for life creation. The sun never has fiscal management problems, doesn't start wars or murder children and women. Never late, always there and makes me feel happy.

Thank the sun dude and stop with the guy in the bathrobe nonsense.

Under natrualism, why dont you instead worship the entity that created the sun? Oh wait.......

bullshit, everyone has fear.

people that say they don't have any fear have the most.

* the hijackers/suicide bombers are just about acting on fear alone.

"why do most religious people look down on others? "

I must've read the wrong thread title...

I agree everyone has fear...But if one doesn't fear death or dying what do they really need to fear in this day in age?

death doesn't scare me...but heights do...are you ever going to catch me washing windows outside a high rise, i think not. do i have to live in fear of terrorist attacking me...hell no. i fear that there will be tough times ahead but that's just my mind being programmed by the media...they're also saying aliens are coming, lol... so what is there really to be fearful about in life?

what are your fears Detox?

I was using religious people as an example because in most religions it is considered a sin ... so it's twisted thinking.

It's almost as twisted as saying that you don't have any fear and then use being in war as an example.

Even if you are religious you are still a sinner. That is the point of Christianity, to identify we are sinners. If we arent sinners, then there would have been no reason for Christ to come down and do what he did......

when you point out a religious persons sin ... it's ok because everybody sins.

when a religious person points out another persons thread they have a little different take on it.

funny how that works.

Sorry detox, my 100% vouch is correct. Almost all the Christians I know don't live in fear. Sure we don't want to die bit we are sure in our minds what the next step is. I have no fear of death. Even before I became a christian I accepted life is a shitty place and bad things happen all the time. Sooner you can accept that, the sooner you can move on from any fear in your life.

I can assure 100% i dont believe in Christianity because of a supposed fear of death.

Couldnt be further from the truth.

an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.

that's the definition of fear. sounds like war to me. no?

war starts because a group of people believe that another group of people are dangerous, likely to cause pain or a threat.

that's why i said that war is created by fear.
