#26 Posted: 1/29/2012 9:33:39 AM however old you are - *18 = acceptable
*actually when she is (completely) out of her parent's house.....if you're 50 ...she's 21 ....better pick her up at her own place....
* 21 maybe better......especially if drinking involved |

#28 Posted: 1/29/2012 9:38:09 AM Btw, 19 should be old enough to make such a choice. But The fact that she asked her mom may be an indication that she is not mature enough mentally. Where is her independence? jeesh. |

#30 Posted: 1/29/2012 10:44:45 AM The age really means nothing. You can both provide each other with some comforts.
She can give you young, tight, puzzy that you can wreck and stretch out for years. Not to mention she probably hasnt had it in the pooper yet so you would be her first.
You can give her financial stability and guidance as she is just beginning her journey as an adult.
Even nailing someone you work with isnt that big of a deal if you pick the right one who can keep her mouth closed. However when you are her boss you are putting yourself in an impossible situation. If anything goes down you will be the blame as you are her manager. Ive seen that happen way too often and in cases like this, the manager takes the fall.
If you really like your job I wouldn't do it

#32 Posted: 1/29/2012 12:38:24 PM You nailed a 19 year old and you are her boss.
Oh nothing bad will become of this.

Her lawsuit against your company when you break up------>

#34 Posted: 1/29/2012 3:38:55 PM Lipps is right.
Banging a subordinate as her manager is a HUGE liability issue for you and the company for sexual harassment. You piss her off and it's game over. Sounds like it might already be an issue if her parents push for it.
Good luck

#39 Posted: 1/29/2012 6:24:07 PM Im 25 and found it difficult to deal with my 21 year old ex. She was independent compared to this girl who is asking to go out on a date. And BTW, her parents cant get you for garbage, shes a big girl now. The fact that they say they wish she was younger so they could throw you in jail though, that should be a huge red flag and tell you what to do.....
Get the darn out....

Yep, you definitely don't want to be on bad terms with the in-laws, or possible in-laws in your case |

What this guy said was spot on What
guy is really going to choose his job over hot teen virgin blonde
box. I know my dumbass would have chosen box cuz i can find another
job but finding a 19 year old cheery to pop in these times is really
rare. The smell and experience will be spank-bank material for life. |

#43 Posted: 1/29/2012 8:32:55 PM Younger girls are always attracted to older guys. It's that whole "I'm so much more mature than guys my age" kinda thing.
I mean, what 19 year old wouldn't mind their dude having their own car, own place, etc.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned it so far. If you care about your job, this could be big trouble. If it's a job that's not really a career job, then I wouldn't worry about it.
If you date for many years, I'm sure the parents will warm up to you eventually. Right now they just think you're a creepo trying to take advantage of their little girl. |

I was thinking more like " your grandkids daddy"
She's a great, thoughtful, sweet, caring girl, if anything that's her problem she's too nice and doesn't wanna dissapoint me or her family, and doesn't like to lie, so she decided to "come clean". She's also very modest, for example she has a smoking body, nice tight behind and waist, and when she took her shirt and bra off she had huge boobs I never really noticed, and I was like damn what size are those and she said 32 DD, and I was like how did I never notice these??? and she said I don't like to show my body off I'm shy, which is cool in my book.
Nothing new to report really tho, no work today we texted alot and I kinda just yessed her to death cuz she kept sending me typical 19yr old texts. ( I.E. Do you miss me as much as I miss you? I feel like my heart was ripped out, I need you next to me, Every second your away from me is a second I've lost) But like I said I do care about her alot and need her on my side if anything goes down. This will be a big week, being that we return tommorrow and corporate is open so any possible compaints will be recieved or logged tommorrow. |

For the record I've never provided, or been under the influence of any alcohol or drugs while with her or while she was at my house. I'm playing it strictly legit. If I want this to work last thing I need is to provide reasons and ammo for the parents. |

At least 20 pages. We could go on forever about this subject.
Some of the best covers soap opera I've seen in a while.
