If you are an UNDER player you probably had a good week last week. There were 16 OVERS and 35 UNDERS. Wow! What a crazy season. Situational spots, trends, they don't seem to be working all that well this year. At least compared to previous seasons. And we probably have as much parity this season as we've ever had before. The wacky 2007 season is the only one I can think of that compares. Of course I'm talking about everybody but Bama. They are a killing machine right now..
Arizona State +7
I wanted to get this one in early because I'm seeing some low juice on the WSU's 7's. WSU is one of those teams you want to play as a dog or a very short favorite. You don't want to be giving too many points with them on the road. The public loves the Cougs after their Stanford win. Which as we've seen wasn't that big of an achievement after all. The pub bet themselves right out of the UCLA game Saturday night. If you got the early number, congratulations. But I had to take a stab at UCLA when it got up to +10. As for ASU, they have been a crappy team on the road this year. And just the opposite at home. But unlike Stanford, they have enough offense to make them a dangerous team in Tempe. This has all the makings of a high scoring game since I don't think WSU's defense is as good as their numbers. Given the juice, it's looking like this line may down to 6.5. But I'm terrible at trying to predict line moves.

I usually love ASU at home but this is a tough one for me, Wazzu is a bit better on both sides and I think they win the game so taking the points would be risky on my end, I'm gonna pass but I understand the bet

nice work lately
I could be wrong, but my feeling is WSU isn't as great as everybody thinks they are. If UCLA had any offense at all last week they would have beaten WSU. ASU doesn't have the Bruins D, but they have enough offense to match scores with WSU. They've already beaten two similar teams with Leach type offenses, TTU and Cal. For some reason ASU is a completely different team at home than they are on the road. Much of it probably has to do with having a young QB. ASU is a very bi-polar team. You really don't know what you're going to get from week to week. So I really can't blame you for staying away from this game. The only time I like to bet on them is when they are at home.

Intense ACC Coastal Division game where neither team gives up over 200 yards rushing or passing on D. Barring too many short fields/turnovers/special teams plays it should be a lower scoring game.
