I appreciate those who tailed above. What the hell am I typing these caps up for otherwise?
Alright guys, in classic troll flaming style, let's skewer these lowlives. And there's no better way than to do it with their own words, forever emblazoned in digital form for their continual week in week out embarrassment.
JFELTY: POST #38 (1st quarter)
Well super this was posted days ago so just be happy you got an iowa win to offset this blowout. Temple stunk 2nd half against Memphis last week and its carried over to tonight. This was a bad match on paper for temple due to UCF ability to put up points quickly. Temple can't hang with UCF not sure where this game even popped up on the radar for Scal but this might be one of his worst picks to date... Temple making this QB look like Russell Wilson out there.

Admit they shouldn't have covered?
Temple outgained UCF 364-296. Outrushed an excellent Run D 197-96.
Held UCF to 2-12 on 3rd downs.
Did not allow a UCF score after 12:34 of the second quarter.
Had to deal with our Rhule snorting coke on the sideline with 2 FG attempts thrown away for the crucial cover.
And after all that, the Temple D still held UCF on their final drive to get the ball back and complete every pass to win with one second.
No about 75-100 times Temple DOES COVER that game. Maybe not win it, but cover, and that's all I care about.

Thanks Hawk!
Too much too soon Pipe-Light. This win was just a bit above the bar that UCF will soon exceed. But tonight was not the night against the reigning AAC champs.
And I think they should have played Holman no?
Even without the miracle, I could still see Temple winning on a last second FG if they kicked the first (which was no gimmee of course and they had a redshirt freshman kicker).
That's all conjecture though. The cover was there were the taking in the 4th and Rhule just air mailed it away and that was all I really cared about. I actually would have liked to see UCF win but not cover.
I watched them all last year and they were the worst team in the nation, hands down (although if you remember, they gave Temple a run for their money last year in Philly with that god-awful team when Temple was undefeated!).
