It's baaaaaaaack!!!!!! Finally! The most exciting week to week sport has returned.
I'm ready for a big year.... what's new this season?
The playoff
Brent Musberger no longer on ABC Saturday Night Football
Braxton out for the Buckeyes
Lots of turnover in the SEC at QB
Quick recap of last year....
10 winning weeks out of 15
97-70-2 on leans (will be playing all leans this year in some form)
Had a good season going until Weeks 14 + 15 where I was
8-12 for -$2415 . Simply lost discipline, made some bad plays and chased 2nd halfs. MUST learn from that.
Won the Covers NCAAF Contest +$2000
On to this year.... Once again all lines are from scoresandodds, 10% juice on losses, 20% on totals and 2nd half losses. 3 team parlays pay 5-1
Thursday:
Mississippi -10 $300
Rebels start the season @ Georgia Dome vs. Boise State... Rebs have big advantage with their front 7 vs. 3 new starters on Boise OL. New coach Harsin debuts having starting RB Jay Ajayi and WR Matt Miller to go with Grant Hedrick, but not much behind them. I think the Rebels athleticism will wear down an overmatched Boise team as the game progresses.
South Carolina -9.5 $100
I see Dylan Thompson being one of the top 3 QB's in the SEC by the time the year ends.... he has played before in relief of Shaw in some big moments and has done well. My take on this game started with imagining A&M without Manziels playmaking ability, plus their iffy defense and I think the Gamecocks take it fairly easy.
Rutgers/Washington State Over 61 $100
I know Washington State can score.... Rutgers got into shootouts last year @Fresno and @SMU so they have the ability to put up points. Cougars are 0-6 @CentruyLink field since 2008, but the average total score has been 64 points in those games (Cougs outscored avg 44-20)
