Phil Steele has the SEC teams ranked much lower than the other publications I have seen. Interesting because I respect the SEC and I also respect Phil Steele. It looks like only 1 SEC team will make his top 8. (?)

&#xD;&#xA;agree with him ... if doing an AP style of ranking , the in conference losses will drop svseral out of the top 10-15....&#xD;&#xA;His Power ratings are more what i respect from him ....&#xD;&#xA;Just wanna read his Mag and form my own opinions ....

Boom is gonna be really  that Steele has his Clemson Tigers ranked 15th.  Probably a little low in all honesty.

like double says- this is quasi AP ranking, which incorporates tougher schedules, losses and ranking.    Steele&#x27;s power ranking is what we all value, at least reference.  it appears that there could be some major differences between the two.  someone said that steele has my horns at #4, and that&#x27;s just absurd, from a power ranking perspective, but steele could be accurate based on prediction for end of the season final polls...

Steele has way too many meaningless rankings...
*a predicted AP top 20
*predicted top 40 at the end of the year.....wtf
*10 sets of power ratings....the only one with numbers assigned is based on SOS and MOV only > worthless

Only one we see of value (Power Poll) has no numbers....only rankings

.. nahI like Steele... I didnt buy his mag last year and probably wont this year. Nothing against him....I just like to do my own homework. It makes me more focused and I think more people should do the same.....Im not a big magazine guy
