#57 Posted: 1/9/2012 9:56:24 PM It wasn't a fluke. Georgia Southern drove the field on 4 drives. I was at the game and watched it live. Now I agree that Bama would score a ton on OK St., but at least OK St. would score more then LSU. I can beat my life that OK St. would have more then 1 first down at halftime. I don't care who you are playing. One friggin first down.

#66 Posted: 1/9/2012 10:05:38 PM How people can say the SEC is overated is beyond me. Have you not seen the past 10 years of CFB. They have dominated every conference, everyone said the Oklahoma's and Ohio St's were unbeatable and look what the SEC teams did to those overated conferences. No other conference will ever compete with these teams. |

You don't know that. There has been crazier upsets in every possible sport then an OK St beating Bama or LSU. You're pretending like OK St. is a Div III team.

Ok St lost as a 28 point favorite to a team with a losing record
Look what Bama and LSU do to every other team they play besides each other....
Besides Miss St games, they beat almost every team by 21....and even in the Miss St game I dont think Miss St gained 200 yds....
Ok St gave up 45 points to K St....
LSU and Bama barley gave that up ALL YEAR in conference |

#73 Posted: 1/9/2012 10:10:03 PM These are the #1 and #2 defenses in college football.
Oklahoma State doesn’t even have a top 100 defense. |

Watching the two best defensive teams in football- period. What was Ok. St.'s defensive ranking? Bama and LSU are too physical. It would be similar to what they did to W. Virg. - Ok ST. wouldn't be able to stop either team. |
