Lakers/Clips Seasonal Chase 13-2 ATS, 0-1 on others-sorry about last night but Denver should have found a way to at least win-they aren't as good as I thought...

Lakers tonight-haven't really decided-may post later around 7pm PST-crazy environment out here-I still think this team will good to fade in many spots-and here's a play for you now...

Clips +190 to win the Pac Division-up on my book-and you know who's favored...I've been saying the Clips bench is unreal and why does it matter? For one, they stretch out leads, two-they allow the starters to be fresher than the other team's and when they come back, it gets uglier...and what about in March when everyone's tired?

So get some of that Division cash, I'm good for a 100...

Question about set line record. If you say a set line is 5-0, are you going by the set line or the real line on whether or not it was a winner or loser? Obviously we cannot always bet the set line, that is why I ask.

The records I keep are based on the Set Line. So 5-0 would be 5-0 against that particular Set Line. Then its just a matter of determining if you can get the same line or if you want to risk it.

Let's try that again

I know that I have asked this before.  But what is the site where you can run the numbers for different trends.  I thought it was SDSQ?

I believe I have this "Set Number" thing figured out:

If so, here are the potential plays:

Ball State -5.5

Wisconsin- GB -7.5  Up 10 at Halftime

Oregon -5.5

Fresno St -5.5

Nevada  -5.5

Arkansas St -7.5

Denver U +.5

Loyola IL -1.5

Notre Dame -3.5

Washington State -9.5

A good day to Fade the Set Numbers it appears!

Thanks S1win21 for the GM2 fade on the Knicks!
(Memphis was my largest play today)
Thanks MJNorman for fade SAC (play on ATL)!

Goodnight everyone, I'm already seeing the Bulls + 6.5, I believe opened at +6. I'm going to play them vs Clips GM2 of 2!

Hopefully official line for my chase will be +7 or higher. Will update in morning and hope public jumps on the clippers!

Guys, I'm going to tread lightly on NCAAB. It seems that NBA is much more profitable.

It's too bad we can't find a system with a 3 game chase on ML dogs, but that would only work if you knew ahead of time that a team would be a dog at least 3 times in a row and a 4 game losing streak would kill you. Sort of like baseball, but no other sport plays the same team 3 or 4 games in a row. Sigh, I guess we'll have to wait until April!

Angle out.

@GO_NADS, There was a reason I was wondering about the spread on deciding winners and losers for the set lines vs real lines.

Please take no offense by this but how meaningful are the set line spread trend results when playing the actual line may get a different result?

I know you have more experience than me on this can you please explain how I can use that information to my advantage when I am playing the actual line? I did pick up an extra winner on actual line on Fresno St that lost on the set line!

Not trying to "bust your balls" LOL just wanting to use your information properly as I appreciate you so much for putting in your time and trouble to share with us.

As I said, please take no offense as I'm sure there is something I am missing.

Again, thanks for everything you do!

Once again, Angle not out and had to post one more time!

Out now.....

Angle, no offense taken.

Using the Set Line provides for uniformity, and since we are tracking the SetLine, wouldn't make much sense to base the results on something else.  Whereas if I were using the actual line, which one? Books have different lines, there is the opening line, closing line, line changes inbetween.

So by using the Set Line, you can make the decision if you can get a similar line, and if so, if you want to put your money on it.

Just another piece of information to use when placing your wager.

No CFB so far today  May play some 2H totals.

Early NBA - BOS u189
Have a gm2 chase BOS ATS , but not locked it yet. May lay off.

Fade MEM chase next 3 starting today.
Possible DAL ATS chase today as well (ATSL streak at 6).

Will check back.  Also on twitter at mnorman_co.
