well it's been quite the crazy out here even in LaLa land as you can imagine...very bizare circumstances and a lot of opinions but they should have hired Phil because of their roster-i.e Howard/Gasol is more imp than Nash and Nash would have gotten plenty involved... but here we are...
I like the Spurs tonight -1.5-I feel they have a much better bench and no one will stop Parker for 3 qtrs til they put Kobe on him and that will hurt Kobe in the end...Steve Blake-seriously? It's that depth that will kill the Lakers as I keep saying among other things... Line looks to good to not take the Lakers after the last 2 games? Yeah, your friends at the gym will, but I won't...
Clips update-how sick is their bench? Well it took the Hawks game from 65-60 to 75-60 on Sunday-and they don't have an in shape Odom or Billups yet...I will be laying some $ on them to win the West shortly
Final note-take UC Irvine +16 at UCLA-god I wish Steve Lavin was still coaching UCLA cause his teams damn near lost to these local scrubs but still this is UCI's Superbowl and UCLA's whatever game...

JonesIn's Gem- I should have followed my initial hunch. Oh well, Portland did collapse late in the quarter and only won 29-28 so that is a solid fade play going forward.
Randognsac- Hang in there on Twitter- Make some new contacts and it makes it more exciting. Alot of guys don't post much so it gets boring but I have found a few guys that are true degenerates- they post 30 games per day. McShady is doing a great job with his totals over there and posting chases that hit in G1- typical McShady! He does whine over soccer goals that he somehow sees as being offsides- big sissy!
Semper- so happy you check in on occaision with your plays.
Angle- you are the engine that keeps this thing going-much appreciated!
MJNorman- thanks for your hard work and continued search for winners.

YTD 6-5 (Same odds as a coin flip I guess but refining my stats for better results)
Three plays today:
Clippers 1Q Clippers 1Q (4-3) and Heat (5-2) but break it down farther and the play is Clippers in 1Q because the Clippers get up for tough opponents, as Hoyasaxa mentioned, beating the Spurs and Grizzlies in the 1Q at home. The Heat are 1-2 on the road falling to the Knicks and Grizzlies.
Suns 3Q Suns are 3-0 at home in 3Q beating Cavs 27-21,Warriors 25-18, and Nuggets 29-21. Bulls are 1-0 on road in 3Q but in a 30 point win at Cleveland they only won the 3Q by two points.
Hornets 1Q- Hornets are 4-0-1 to start the game. 1Q they beat Bobcats 24-21, 76ers 19-16, at Bulls 21-18 and Spurs 31-28. Last meeting with the Rockets they beat them in 1Q 20-12 Rockets are 2-2 1Q at home. We should get 1.5 to 2 points as well |
