Yes I know. I have taken a beating so far this season. However, I still have faith and believe that I will be able to get above .500 soon enough. Onto tomorrow....

Detroit Tigers [20-21] @ Cleveland Indians[23-18]
Over/Under For Detroit Tigers:17-23

Tomorrow we will have the Detroit Tigers squaring off against the Cleveland Indians.
Rick Porcello will be on the mound against Ubaldo Jimenez. Let’s take a step back and analyze both of these pitchers.

Rick Porcello:
W-L: 3-3
ERA: 5.12
WHIP: 1.40

The Cleveland Indians have been hitting a combined .295 average off Porcello with the likes of Asdrubal Cabrera hitting .333  [9/27]  and Carlos Satnana hitting a whopping .375 [6/16] off of him.  He has given up 14 runs to the Indians in his last 3 starts against them and in his last 2 starts teams have gotten 22 runs off of him overall. *Yikes*

Moving on….

Ubaldo Jimenez:
W-L: 4-3
ERA: 5.09
WHIP: 1.70

The Detroit tigers have been hitting Jiminez for a combined average of .333. We have Prince BigBoy Fielder hitting .313 [5/16] and Miguel Cabrera hitting .368 [7/19] off Jimenez,  In his last start against the Tigers they bum rushed him and won the game 14-0.  Once again, *Yikes*.  In his last 3 starts against the Tigers he has given up 26 runs.

Interesting Trends For Cleveland:
The over is 10-2 in Jiminezs last 12 starts overall.
The over is 5-0-1 in Cleveland’s last 6 home games when the total is set at 9.0-10.5.
The Over is 7-0 in Jimenezs last 7 starts vs. American League Central.

Interesting Trends For Detroit:
The Over is 5-1 in Porcellos last 6 starts overall.
The Over is 10-2 in Porcellos last 12 starts vs. a team with a winning record.
The Over is 10-2 in Porcellos last 12 starts vs. a team with a winning record.
The Over is 14-3-1 when Porcello pitches on a Tuesday.


These two teams have gotten 38 runs combined in their last 3 games head to head.

Thats what I thought about the reds/braves total last night everythig pointed to the over yet it goes way under......Think this one stands true though as both teams can stroke the ball...Good luck today
