Adding SEA M's ML Have to take Felix Hernandez at this offering, and the addition of fading Colon--who is a pro, but a reduced velocity fastball nowadays, below 92 mph. --figure they scouted the A's very well and will keep them off the board long enough to assume control of this one, stave off a late rally. |

The Royals' pitchers and staff did their homework. Angels not breaking thru until late so far. It was a very square wager to take a heavy home fav on the RL--too much resistance to make that happen. Halos on the RL on the road is a better possibility. |

#10 Posted: 4/8/2012 11:34:00 AM SUNDAY 04-08-12 Happy Spring Earth Reborn Day with eggs and bunnies and little sweets hidden here and there, and reproduction everywhere!
TB Rays and TB Rays over 8.5 Don't mess with success. These games between Yanks and Rays have had a certain character....big hits (or is it poor pitching at times). Rays not losing at home, and they have the speed advantage.
KC and LAA Under 4.5 runs 1st H -125 Santana more steady than Haren, and Royals pitching been stout. Halo bats a little tense with the home pressure? |

#11 Posted: 4/9/2012 1:34:36 AM 1-2 Sunday, both totals were way off my perception. Poor 1st innings by both in the halos game. Sunlight issues make it very diff to pick up the ball, and hitters don't get a feel til later innings because of shadows. But walks and poor location can happen. Yankees shutout is unreal.
Darvish is a Japanese pitcher making his debut. Expecting a complete rout by the Rangers, but I've seen relief pitchers (as Rangers face the es=Yankee seldon used Dom Rep pitcher), do extremely well their first few times out there. This one could be LOW scoring early until hitters get a few looks.
TEX RL HATE RLs on a huge home FAV but it has the right appeal.
LAA RL
CJ Wilson is a stud and Minny's big hitters have disappeared after their breakout seasons. Halo hitters will relax now outside of their home ballpark.
ATL BRAVES ML
Too good a team to lose 4 in a row; however, they may say that abt Boston or the Yanks as they are both on the road and could BOTH lose. Like The BRAVOS in this spot. Fading Happ.
9-7 ATS |

1-4 thrashing yesterday.
Bosox ML
Romero has a 7.12 ERA in 13 career starts against Boston. Lester is 6-3 with a 3.33 ERA in 11 career starts in Toronto. Bosox need the W.
Rays @ DET Under 7
Tigers pitchers have a 2.06 ERA (19 earned runs in 82 2/3 innings). Shields is 2-0 in three career starts at Comerica Park. Look for Jamie to give 7 inn of great work today. Verlander always capable of a CG shutout.
Was Nats ML
Go ahead and TRY to beat down Strasbourg.
Cubs ML
Gonna either back Dempster or pass on his games this year.

looking for a strong outing from Correia and some early runs off the former Pirate Vogelsong. Pirates will FINALLY break thru at the plate early, then hold on --> 4-2 ??? Lean under.
OAK @ SEA UNDER 7.5 getting almost tiresome to see Mariners' games w/o runs scored, but it is what it is, so let's cash it in.
--have parlayed this one w/ CHISOX-DET UNDER 8.5
LAD RL --c'mon--the best pitcher in the NL and Padres hitting NOTHING. This is also JACKIE ROBINSON DAY, so expect the Blues to roll here. These two teams HAVE TO be tired of seeing ea other. Nice opening for the Blues, but they will come back to Earth once the hapless friars get outta their faces. |
