I'm a bit surprised not many are talking about this game or making picks. I haven't seen too much chatter. Are people staying away because there are better games or is this just too tough to call? At -150 on the road, what are some thoughts on that?
My personal opinion is that for years the caps have choked; for years they have not shown up but am I supposed to believe that this year's team, their best team in their dominance of the regular seasons, is going to lose to the Toronto maple leafs? Leafs are good but like in any sport, exprience is everything especially when you are on the road. Boudreaux is no longer there and with holtby on the road, is this where they come together and Change their season? Or is this the end to the caps as we know it? No team that goes far in the playoffs goes without facing adversity. This could be a very good thing for the caps tonite to right the ship and I lean in them doing exactly that. Unlike the Hawks who have aged in front of us this last week, the caps are a high powered offense with a great defense and arguably a top 2 goalie. Leafs got their win at home for the crowd but can they do it again tonite? What do you all think? Just curious. Thanks for listening.
