Is that there will be two game sevens played on Friday and Saturday. Also, I will be watching both. If you would like to describe why you are on either side of these two games feel free to post it in this thread. Also, about the game totals. I have no desire to talk about locks, sure things, or anything of that nature. Let's actually discuss the matchups please for the love of God.

That's what I was trying to tell doni13. His reply that someone Posted a $6K wager, so they're guaranteeing it too is absurd. He (She) just has CONFIDENCE in their Plays, which is a FAR cry from a "Guarantee' or a "Lock"
Please give us some insightful information or thought, but leave the "G" word and the "L" word out of it

I always tell me friends and family you can't give a team like the Blackhawks hope. If you have the opportunity to put them away do it. I remember in 2013 the Red Wings took a 2-0 lead in the Conference finals but then did not close out against the Blackhawks and lost. Then against the Bruins in the Stanley cup in a close out game the Blackhawks were down 2-1 heading late into the game. What did they do? They scored two goals in the last two minutes to win the game. This Blackhawks team hasn't changed much since then. I think Toews is a great leader and the way guys like Shaw are playing you can still see the hunger. Duncan Keith has been phenomenal too. Corey Perry's face said it all late in that game 6. He looked frustrated, angry, and I am convinced the Blackhawks are in the Duck's players heads. I take nothing away from Anaheim. They are a very good team. If they were a great team they would have beat Chicago in 6. On the other hand, I will side with the team that has experience, great leadership, and the hunger to win yet again. This looks like the Anaheim team last year that just couldn't get it done. This is my opinion obviously but at plus money and the line that is set you will see many bettors back the Ducks at home. I think that will be a mistake.

great write-up and much respect coming from a Wings fan who knows and appreciates good hockey. You guys have surely had your share of great teams over the years and I completely agree with you. Despite being in Anahiem, this hawks team will not be intimidated playing on the road, they have been there and done that and won many difficult road games before. 9-4 record in elimination games says a lot about the character. Should be one helluva game, looking forward to it

It often pays to be as objective as possible in situations like this. I respect both teams. I am planning on both of the game 7's to be entertaining. I will talk about the Ranger Lightning too when i get the chance. Also, two very good teams. I really like how this year's playoffs have shaped up even with my team out.

As everyone knows, all I talk about are my hawks. It's funny because I'm new this year to the forum and I kinda got off to a rough start with some considering how much of a Homer I am. Well, there is reason behind it; this team is special. Toews, kaner, keith, seebs and hjalms particularly. They just keep coming. From 2010 til now, i look at this team like i did the bulls teams in the jordan era. You just expected somehow, some way that they will get it done. Well, they are one game away from getting back to the big dance. Now about Saturdays game. Two things resignate in my mind about what lies ahead. If I'm the ducks, I'm panicking a bit considering everyone on that hawks team is starting to heat up. Everyone. That's scary cuz now you are going home, expectations are high and the hawks in a way are playing with house money. Not really, but I feel most of the pressure is now on anaheim. Obviously, we have no idea what will happen on saturday but anaheim lost a huge opportunity to end it on the road where in my eyes, usually teams are more focused. We'll they looked the complete opposite last nite. The hawks are gonna come hard saturday and I will be watching Corey Crawford. If he has a good first period, watch out. I've heard everyone bash this guy all playoffs yet he usually steps in in big games.
If I'm the hawks, I'm not over confident because i know perry, Kesler and Getzlaf had off games last nite. That should somewhat worry the hawks in that you know they'll be ready. Game 7s are all about establishing your brand of hockey and if anaheim thinks the hitting game is gonna win this, I don't know if that's smart. It has not worked so far, if it did, the hawks would be golfing right now. Call me crazy but I think anaheim is gonna have to take a page out of the hawks book and control the red line. They will need to get guys in front knowing the hawks won't fight them off their spots. Getting the puck below the goal line will be key as well but what I saw last nite with the hawks is that saad, hossa, Toews can play that game too. They dominated that area last nite. The hawks have picked their spots when the ducks are ultra physical and ita hurt the ducks.Enough blabbing, sorry guys. Saturday, it's gonna come down to who is willing to get their a $$ beat beat in front of the net. Both sets of d will join the rush so it will be interesting to see how each team defends and counters those rushes. If we can get on freddie early, it could be a long nite for anaheim. Both teams will be well rested so it should be an epic game. I have this weird feeling that Bickell shows up big too; things always work themselves out and with the debacle in game 5 and the non existent play from him throughout the playoffs; keep an eye on him. I see a tight first period and I truly feel the second period will decide this one. I see the hawks pulling this game out 3-2. I know the ducks will be ready but this one will come down to a lucky bounce or an unexpected player who steps up big. I know I blabbed a lot but I'm frickin nervous knowing we were at this same point last year that we are at now. Believe it or not, I like that this game for the hawks is on the road rather than at home. We've won two cups on the road so I know our heads will be in the right place and that we'll be focused. Can't wait to Saturday!!!!!!

I like the Blackhawks too Anderson has looked shaky the last 2 games, and I know Crawford hasn't looked amazing either but he came up big In game 6 after that horrible rebound In game 5 OT, and like you said he has been there done that. Leaning Rangers but might just sit back and enjoy that one!

Archie, I wouldn't be surprised if neither got it done. Nobody is talking about Tampa Bay and a lot of people look how anaheim has bounced back after a loss, rather than look at the hawks and how they've dominated 4.5/5 of the last 6 periods. Freddie and bishop will have to come up big and without the experience I'm hoping both teams put heavy traffic and pucks on them to make them uncomfortable early. I like rangers and hawks.

Lightning win if their defense doesn't play stupid . Goalies is a wash , and lightning have a better offense . IMO the rangers are only in this still bc of how they are perceived by a young inexperienced lightning team .

Hawks series. i will continue to roll with my rolling parlays with the Rangers and Hawks.
After 3 straight high scoring games i will also play the under. I wish the line was moved up to 5.5 that is the only thing holding me back to pressing my bet.
A few thing i consider in game 7. Coaching big advantage Hawks, this should be apparent to most everyone here.
The Hawks D depth scares me a bit but i think they cut their losses with Timonen. Runblad and Cumiskey only logging a few shifts each. Cumiskey has been fine, and Runblad saw less than 6 minutes, so hopefully he is a non factor.
Q has the boys together so that has been stellar.
The face offs are a huge advantage Hawks. Puck possesion was key in game 6.
Two things going for the Ducks home crowd, and last change.
The heart they Hawks play with is just over the top and the coaching advantage has my mind made up. Hawks win or my season is over.
Nothing is ever in the bank until it is in the bank
