I remember Ruslan Fedotenko at BOTH the Bugs (GWG in game 7 of the Stanley Cup) AND with my Pennies. still an effective player that can be a "sniper" on the right line. think a good signing by the Flyers at only $1.75 million

Ruslan Fedotenko - When the Flyers won thier two Cups they had a Ukie on the team (Orest Kindrachuk)... Maybe Fedotenko can provide that again with his 2nd stink in Philly. Just two week ago I was just telling my brother about him being available and that I'd like to see him back on the Flyers. I like it.

He will replace Jagr, and with the offensive talent around him he should be able to replace Jagrs numbers and be a more effective player overall. They save a lot of money and lose nothing in the trade off imo. Great move.

Bruno Gervais is a decent hole filler but if Brandon Manning does not get a serious shot at being a full time defenseman on the team I'll be pissed. That kid has a ton to offer and they could use his grit right now.

CG I was never a big fan of Carle and watched him screw up far too many times in front of our net by not covering his man or getting there in time to cover his man. Also can't count the number of times he got caught at the opposition blueline thereby  allowing an odd-man rush or a clear breakaway. Based on this, no I'm not sorry to see the guy gone at all.
