had a nice saturday planned with a game 7 penciled in,and although since hunter took over i see the caps much stronger mentally, how the last game concluded in such dramatic fashion, i cant help to think this will be good only for the rangers psyche!

I have the same exact thoughts. Had the caps finished off last game they would have won this series. But 2 heart breaking losses in 1 series, 3rd overtime and losing after 6 seconds left must hurt them mentally

I heard the same after their triple overtime loss.

Holtby is 8-0 after losses this year. That kid and the team in front of him is very resilient. They haven't lost 2 games in a row since he took over.

These are very close games...we expect a 1 goal difference so anything can happen. Caps had the 2-1 lead last game but aside for the 3rd period the Rangers were the better team. Should be another great game.
