#1 Posted: 7/5/2012 2:16:41 PM the play is D.R.+4-117....
big bet for me....im from Macedonia....and i expect my country to LOSE straight up. But im not playing that, since i want them to win...so a middle ( MKD wins by 1-4) is a good final result
AL HORFORD will dominate the game on the boards, i expect min 10-15 offensive rebs for DR...that should be enough for the bet.
good luck all.

#2 Posted: 7/5/2012 6:51:56 PM 4 groups with 3 teams, 2 advance to the 1/4 finals...
so now we have 8 teams, 4 match-ups.
only 3 teams will go to the Olimpics. So after the 1/4 finals, those 2 teams have 2 chances to go thru. So both finalists and the winner for the 3rd place match are IN.
Imo, Dominica will not go since they will lose in 1/2 and will be placed 4th.
so, i expect a straight up win vs my coutry tomorrow. @+160 is a great value bet

#4 Posted: 7/5/2012 11:41:50 PM Ok I don't get the books love for Macedonia...you guys have a dynamic PG but I watched Angola (who later lost to New Zealand...??) put a beat down on Macedonia. The moment I saw this line for Dominican Republic I knew they were the play...
Tough one for Macedonia, I'll be on Dominican |

i was thinking the same thing. DR will dominate the glass and will have alot of 2nd chance points.
DR with a 10 pt victory imo...

I got 2 units on the DR..I think the Caribbean and African countries get no respect on the world scale for some reason. Hopefully we're on the right side, I'll be at work while the games on but enjoy sir! Can't wait for olympics

Yeah that's what I thought. What is his connection to the Dominican Republic to be coaching that team you know? |

#11 Posted: 7/6/2012 1:05:06 PM mad skillz i have a lot of respect for your posts sir, i remember you making me a lot of money last year for your homeland Macedonia during the euro championships, but i wasn't able to thank you here
i remember scrambling online to look for a bet to place a bet on the handball pick you told the forum LOL. i knew it was almost a L.... hehe. but i couldn't find one *i was based in the Philippines at that time and wasn't here in the U.S yet..
anyway, when i saw you liked DR today, i put 3 units on them +4 and 1 unit @ +150. hope we both win
*i was just a little wary of putting money on DR because they had a hard time against korea *which is a crappy team, which my country the Philippines should've beat in the FIBA Asia 3rd place game *we lost by 1 point
i can't wait to bet the olympics. good luck sir and hope to hear from you. |

thank you sir for the kind words. That handball game was great and made alot of people money( the ones that followed my posts ).
This pick is different, this is me doing some capping Imo, Horford will be the difference with the offensive rebounds, but this bet is not that sure as it was the handball pick, so bet wisely
lets get this one too

#14 Posted: 7/6/2012 2:54:15 PM that angola russia game was so shady. it was obvious that both teams, the refs, and the freakin announcers knew the spread of the game! +19 and under 146 both covered... if you had the under like me, you would've gone insane in that 4th quarter with phantom fouls being called left and right... angola wanted the cover though, down 19 points with a minute to go and pressing LOL. to those who took angola with the points, good job.
hopefully nigeria+15 and Dominican+4 wins |

#15 Posted: 7/6/2012 2:59:20 PM update with the lines that i have: Macedonia is now only -2 in my book!!! and only -105. i was able to get DR @+4 around 3hours ago... wow! and the moneyline was DR+150 earlier, now it's at even money on my book!!! crazy!!!
Hopefully DR still wins because this line movement never makes me happy (even though it technically should coz it swung in my favor... usually, this means something's up...)
good luck to all
p.s: betting tennis and baseball are just soooo painful |

#16 Posted: 7/6/2012 3:11:57 PM Macedonia look a much better side than DR. Didn't Russia only win against Macedonia twice in Eurobasket last year with last minute baskets? While Russia easily beat DR a few days ago.

They are also rolling with Edgar Sosa (may remember him from Louisville, I believe), Francisco Garcia, and Jack Martinez, who played HS ball at Artesia with.... (drumroll) Jason Kapono!

#25 Posted: 7/6/2012 3:30:33 PM I've jumped on board with a play on the DR ML as well for what its worth.
DR is also has a young kid named Karl Towns on their roster (but he isn't playing it looks like) who is supposed to be the best player in the class of 2015
