Avocado
Tomatoe on the vine.
Alflafa sprouts.
Sesamee seeds
Goat cheese.
Bean sprouts.
Virgin olive oil mixed with red vinegar and fresh lemon juice.

I made an asian chicken salad recently that was great...
romaine lettuce nappa cabbage julienned carrots chopped red pepper sliced almonds (toasted) thai basil and or mint chicken (shredded a rotisserie chicken from new seasons... way less salty then anywhere else)
dressing : rice vinegar soy sauce oil roasted sesame seeds
I make this about 4 times a year...  |

you need some egg on there fella and some seeds- sunflower or pumpkin or sliced almonds. fatten that thing up.

good call. costco sells a big far of green olives stuffed with jalapenos and garlic. i cut a few of those up for my salad every day.

chicken bacon avacado red onion granny smith apple crushed walnut oil and red wine vinegar over a bed of romaine
my go to salad that doesn't require much any prep
baby spinach brocoli slaw turkey (not lunch meat) cheese avacado oil (and some vinegar if i'm in the mood)

#16 Posted: 9/15/2012 4:06:32 AM i eat those little shreds of carrots off of a salad, thats pretty much it, maybe ill dip my finger into ranch dressing and eat that but ranch cant really be apart of the salad if thats the only thing im eating, more like saying i like ranch and theres a salad under it that i dont eat |
