#1 Posted: 5/29/2012 2:09:16 PM I call it Mac and Chicken EZ EZ
1 package Velvetta Mac/Cheese(Made per box instructions)
1 can kernel corn
1 12oz, package of Grilled Chicken (chopped into 1/2" cubes $2.75 @ Wal Mart)
Mix all together and bingo, maybe add some toasted hot dog buns for bread to go with it. Feeds 3-4 people. I discovered this by accident and everyone loved it. |

#2 Posted: 5/31/2012 8:52:10 AM Mac and Cheese is the most popular food in America.
Not sure would ruin it with canned corn but sounds filling. |

#10 Posted: 6/1/2012 11:57:37 AM Messing with macaroni is somewhat of a crime tho. All it really needs is crack black pepper. |

#11 Posted: 6/1/2012 4:56:37 PM I went home the other night and gave this a try...though I made a few tweaks.
Mac n cheese Frozen bag of mixed veggies (steamer bag) Can of chicken (the small tuna sized can)
Was actually really good, and was just as quick as any other Mac n Cheese. Quite filling, and the veggies gave it a nice change of pace.
Good work Apache! |

#12 Posted: 6/2/2012 2:20:01 AM Would it be okay if the veggies didn't actually have to touch the mac/cheese?
Maybe put that "next" to the mac?
With the saltine guy in the middle of the plate?

#13 Posted: 6/2/2012 2:29:10 AM Maybe put those steamed vegetables right next to the mac?
And put the chicken on the other side of the plate?
Anybody? |

#17 Posted: 6/2/2012 2:38:05 AM How about you use some leftover Rosemary grilled chicken and then dump that into the Mac.

#24 Posted: 6/4/2012 2:53:14 PM Can't I just eat each of those separately? If I feel daring I'll just mix em up in my plate.
Mac n cheese w/tuna is pretty good. Chicken might be OK. Mac w/ corn just seems weird.

You could put each one on a separate plate. The idea is a one pot meal that can be put in a bowl. Maybe a salad on the side. |
