You can try these cooked hand rolls. They are very low in carbs, satisfying,  easy to make and fit in a pocket.

Almonds.

Someone also had a recipe for home made protein bars that other member said was good. Might want to look that up.

Fiber bars -- assuming you're allowed a bathroom break.

Order smelly/messy take out every day until they change the rule.

Even air traffic controllers get to eat.

If you order Chinese Food for a week, guarantee they will tell you to go across the street and eat it.

what type of job gives you no break?

or is this voluntary?

I had a job once where they told me that I could schedule a lunch and two 15 min breaks when ever I wanted to... and I told them I would take it all at the beginning and end of my work day so i could sleep in and leave early...

How long was the work day?  I can't work 8 hours without a respite in there. You must be very focused.

Some rules were designed to be ignored.  This sounds like one of them.

Are they hazing you or something?

If this is a legit scheduling nightmare, then at least bring a cooler to work.

Apples are healthy and filling but not as much fun as making a mockery of this ridiculous rule and grow tomatoes in the office or something.

Tuna fish is smelly.

Leave bottles of soy sauce in the conference room while at it.

This thread is ridiculous.

Put on a Bib while you eat so that they actually know that you are eating.

it's a new job, and i can bring food

I'm using this job as a filler between careers but this is like a sweatshop, the job is easy but theres so much to do it's BS and the two weeks training ended up being 3 days

so i make allot of mistakes and get half my work done, with no breaks of any kind, my manager says going to the bathroom is a break, a real behind but he did give me a job. this is for only 2,3 months max (i pray) I've got a killer job lined up but paperwork and testing is taking forever, if nothing else i am losing weight

In that case........ start pissing on plants in the office while at it.

How old is your Manager?..... like 14?

Has your Manager ever Managed anything before?

The dude won't be a Manager in two weeks.  Ride it out and you will get promoted.

Seriously.......... pee in a cup and eat office plants.

That dude won't make it to next month.

And they will be looking for a replacement.

"Bathroom breaks are breaks?"

In that case start negotiating.......

Seriously....... tell him you don't need a "bathroom" break and pee in a cup and stick on the conference table.  And then say you want to trade your "bathroom" break for a "nutrition" break"

Even Day Laborers get to eat and go to the bathroom.

What kind of operation is this?

Are you in China or something?
