#8 Posted: 12/23/2011 2:29:46 PM Lungs too
but my legs feel like there gonna snap- after the first even't you have to keep moving if i try to stop walking everything gets tight automaticaly, realy bad- it's something that helps with the other events knowing that you stoping will make the pain worse sadly in the 2nd part we get down on one knee, getting back up from that with 50 still on sucks |

Working out with some weighted lunges will definately make that test easier.
Also some lower back work (core) if have time to prepare. Maybe some deadlifts and back extensions |

#15 Posted: 12/23/2011 3:45:36 PM 4 sets of those in the books ....... gotta go outside to stretch this garbage out.
No clue on cold vs hot...... Just don't overdo it with the amount of weight. Get a comfy weight and push the reps before push the weight.
Back in 30..... going outside. |
