Looks like you took some frozen chops and hit them with a blow torch.

Okay man.. They were really only burnt on the edges because the flame caught the marinade as I was brushing them on the grill.  Simple marinade but it tasted good

I like a little crust on the outside.  So does Bobby Flay.

These look solid...I will for sure try them.

Just got a grill after moving into my new place and that was the first thing I made on Sunday. The pineapple is a great touch!

I cut up a plain pork tenderloin into medalions, marinated them overnight, and made them in a pizza oven if you can believe it (made them at work).  Just cooked them until they were still slightly pink in the middle.  They were fantastic.  No crusty grill marks, but I was in a bit of a pickle.  Will grill next time.

Great and easy recipe.

gimmedempoints, Yeah it's great I just found out about this marinade with pineapple juice. It's a nice exotic flavor.

hutchemall, Hahah sounds good. It's an easy recipe for the summer. Very refreshing. I'm looking for a new marinade with a spicy mango sauce on fish or something. I loved the pineapple juice flavor

Stiln- I actually found this recipe before coming here, but had to give my 2 cents on the topic. I plan on grilling tonight, so last night I tossed some boneless chicken breasts in some 1/2 cup lemon juice with some onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Can't wait to get home and get the party started!
