Made some of these up today they were really good healthy too.  Any of you gamblers ever work with the sweet potato or yam ?

Made sweet potato chips one time with a brown sugar glaze... Pretty good.

Love sweet potatoes......

Low on the glycemic index too ! Meaning they digest slow and don't turn into useless carbs or fat fast.  Also High in vitamin C A and iron.

I make a split pea and sweet potato soup that I make a few times during the winter... 

I use butternut sqaush in a similar manner to sweet potatoes in cooking some times...
