love eggs raw, scrambled, omelletes. Hardboiled are good becuase you can take them with you and separating the yoke if you want to is easier. Eggs kick behind and packed with protein.

My post workout is whey, dextrose and some wheat germ mixed in water and a multi vitamin.

Post workout I always do the same thing.  Take creatine with a bottle of Powerade (someone told me I needed to get the carbs from the drink to take with the creatine). As I am drinking that I make 3 eggs. I eat them while drinking a large protein shake.  I like this routine but if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.

funny how these pissing matches always start, too funny.
you're doing things right, what kind of creatine are you taking?  i've found that the monohydrate tends to bloat me a bit more, the creatine titrate is a much better choice in my opinion.  i would take half the creatine approx. 3 grams pre-workout and another 3 grams post work out (Muscle Volumizer by IDS is a great product).
also continue with your protein shake, i assume you are drinking a whey protein shake, as that is absorbed the fastest(normally within 30-60minutes, which is critical right after your workout).  the other two most common proteins are casein and soy.
casein is the digested by your body the slowest, normally up to 7 hours, it is good to take before bed, to slowly feed your muscles throughout the night while you sleep, esp since this is also a critical time for your muscles to repair.

sorry for the long post, but there's just so much information when it comes to working out or lifting, and what results you want pre and post, i just touched on them, good luck

The hysteria re. eggs is way overrated.  They are not bad for you at all.  I eat eggs 2-3 times a week.  I have either 2 or 3.  I throw in some fresh home-made salsa or herbs and actually microwave them in a bowl without any fat.  And when I eat 3 eggs, I only eat 2 yolks and 3 whites.  When I eat 2 eggs, I eat 1 yolk and 2 whites.  You can't even tell the difference.

And that said, the yolks really aren't bad for you.  It's just a little trick I use to cut down on the fat by a few grams (being as I can't even tell the difference, I figure why not).

this is what you need to know.  eat eggs when you want.  they are very healthy.  do not worry about a cholesterol problem from eating eggs.

and as jmilrod said, eating eggs whites only is for pussies.

What is you guys favorite way to eat/prepare eggs??? I LOVE to eat hardboiled eggs because there is no clean up (I hate cleaning dishes and I have 3 roommates (college kid)). Also do you guys reccomend eating the yolks of hardboiled eggs? Because one of my roommates claims that "you're not supposed to"...What do you guys think?

absolutely eat the yolk.  as sharp said, it's the most nutritious part.  i eat a whole hard boiled egg with every salad.

i also like egg sandwiches with ham and tomato.  the bread or muffin isn't good for you but my diet isn't perfect.  embrace the egg.

eating 3 eggs daily is an awesome idea. great source of protein.only 10 % of your total cholesterol is from diet, the other 90 % is from production in your liver. try to limit simple sugars absolutely, but eat all the eggs you want

post workout i would not eat to many eggs .... i would cut it down from 3 to 2 eggs which is already a 33% reduction ....... couple that with alittle bit of fruit and about 500 mls of water and 250 ml of chocolate milk .... whey protein is good but its not everything .... the amount of protein people get in there regular daily intake is far more then enough for the muscles to recover and whey protein is usually mixed with "filler" to cut down the actual amount of protein were getting in it anyways.  try that and your muscles will get the water they need the carbs and the protein which will not only help your muscles recover but also make you feel alot better and hydrated !!

Interesting......... I was always under the impression that need 75+ grams of protein a day......... And I counted grams for a few days and it's kinda hard to get the protein without going out of your way.

Also noticed that every time I buy eggs, I have to clip my fingernails and get haircuts.  Thinking eggs are the garbage.
