#7 Posted: 1/31/2011 9:02:53 PM Make sure to get some healthy fat along with the protein (nuts, olive oil, etc.) A few years ago I was protein stacking taking in about 200 grams a day with very minimal fat just to cut up. I got my body fat to 7.5% (5'11" 209 lbs.), but I started getting blood in my urine. After a trip to the doctor and some tests I found that the protein was really working on my kidneys.

#9 Posted: 2/9/2011 12:36:34 AM It works great, just make sure you only start with a half of a scoop for the first week. I would only take it for 6 weeks and then cycle off it for a month so your body doesnt get use to it or you'll be taking 3 scoops just to feel anything. The main ingredient in Jaxked and other pre-workout drinks is L-Arginine. If Jacked is too hard on your stomach (lots of guys at the gym say it makes them garbage right away) you can always by L-Arginine by itself which is a lot cheaper. Also make sure you are taking in Protein after your workout along with BCA's and Glutemine. Good Luck |
