The weighted lunges will also eat your lunch if add enough weight...... at 230 pounds, guessing should have 50 pound dumbbells going on.

I use 35s.

Adrian Peterson holds 45s and jumps on a 42 inch box.

Dude............... it's not a contest............ Don't want to lose muscle.  Take it slow, steady, and on target......... a pound or two max a week should be the goal.  Anything more than that is going to be extremely unhealthy.

I would go with 1 pound a week............ could stretch to 1.5/2.0 if you have no muscle but one pound a week is a good target.

If the goal is to be in shape.

That's what happened to Be Easy........... too much weight loss.

Take it slow and grind it.

Would like to see some exercise going on here but have a feeling that's not happening

At least hit some pushups in there................. 2 sets of 20s every day would make me feel a little better.

And if that is no doable........... gonna have problems.

Anybody can do that with no time parameters.

That's not gonna get you where you wanna be but it's a small start?

Can give you a 5 minute or a 15 minute version but not even gonna do it until I get more information...................... like...............

1)  How many pushups can you do rightt now?

2)  How many pullups can you do right now?

3)  How many squat thrusts can you do right now?

4 pullups.......... at least you are honest

Okay, if you can do 60 pushups............ this weight loss is gonna be a complete piece of cake.................

THE PLAN!!!!!!!!

You got the diet already.............

Need to spike that metabolism 3 (3) THREE times a day if want quick results..

Need THREE (3) QUICK Spikes and I'll let you off easy.  The 60 pushups tells me you are not a woman at least..  Okay... cool.... let's roll.

If you have enough muscle to do 60 pushups............. then I'm thinking some quick metabolism pumps throughout the day......... as opposed to actually working out.

T he Metabolism pumps can be ultra short........... But need enough pump for you to huff and puff........... Thinking.................

1) 80 Jumping Jacks first thing in the morning

2) Not sure about your daytime schedule but need something.

3)  Something here too

On a side note............. 60 pushups is a big number............ and 4 pullups is an average number.

For fitness......... Work on the weakness first.

Ever do any caletschenics?

They rock by the way.

My FAVORITE ONE is basic windmills...........................

Touch your right hand to your left ankle........... left hand to your right ankle.......Keep back straight and with all cizes.... keep the abs tight.

MORNING:  Jumping jacks............... one minute of them.

Followed with some Windmills........ 30 of them.

AFTERNOON:  Do something

Evening:  Do Something
