Tip.............. Bottled salad dressings are ridiculous.

Oil and Vinegar tastes better and is better for you.  Use red wine vinegar.

Olive oil is good for you.......... as opposed to vegetable oil.

They eat nuts.............. some of them can get a little beefy but they are generally athletic animals.

They can fly around and jump.

Weight hasn't fluctuated more than 4 pounds in two years.......... It's normally 179..
