attempt 1

attempt 2

i didn't take this seriously last year, i feel like i have hit rock bottom 5'11'' 236, i went from 248 to 182 three years ago so i can do it. honestly once i get mentally ready it should be a breeze. i diet all day and binge eat at night. w/o the binge eating i think i would be 185, i see allot of people that are frustrated and hopeless mostly because they don't understand way they are fat, but i am fully aware

at 236 is it better to walk or run?

Salad at Olive Garden is one of the worst things possible.  Tons and tons of fat and calories.

What are you down to?

229 and honestly I'm very happy with the progress, on paper it doesn't look like much but knowing that the number is going down and not going up makes all the difference with the mental game, the hard part is starting because your hungry and you want to procrastinate and you haven't seen results but I'm feeling good, the only thing i have done is stopped drinking and stopped eating after 7, which is hard because i get up ever 2 hours because I've got a new born, once i start exercising the weight should really drop, with work, school and kids i don't feel like running so i focus on what I'm eating, OK, I'm going to be honest my eating habits haven't changed that much but I'm losing weight, i think not eating late is 60% of it

if you have to eat at olive garden, i imagine the salad bar is the way to go.  the rest of the menu is probably full of carbs and other garbage.  last time i was at a place like that, i just ordered the soup.

Think you are better off eating french fries than lean pockets.

look into applegate meats.  pretty expensive but better for you.  major supermarkets have it now.

lay off the cereal.  all carbs and it's doing nothing for you.

lean pockets?  you're better off eating this and you won't be hungry.

Fried food isn't automatically bad.

Chicken has moisture in it wish doesn't allow the chicken to absorb the grease.  It actually expands and pushes the grease out.

When you measure the oil before and after frying, very little gets absorbed.

First of all......... have you ever seen a turkey breast the size of the ones they have in the deli cases?

That garbage comes out of a tube and formed to look like a turkey.

If wanna lose weight, then don't eat the skin on the fried chicken.  But the skin is the best part

That KFC grilled chicken tastes pretty decent.  Not bad at all.

Carrots are pure carbs and sugar.  Better off drinking a beer.

At least there is malt in a beer.

You need more protein in your diet.  LOT more protein.

Most 200 # adults gonna need at least 75 grams of protein a day.  Actually hard to do on a daily basis without going out of your way.
