I'm hooked on this stuff as well. I do mix in oatmeal, fruit and low fat yogurt (cinnamon bun with granola mixed in is the bomb).  |

life is my late snack if i want one
wheaties fuel i eat minus the milk because we have 1,000s of free samples at work. i eat it to hold me over before a workout and does a pretty good job. |
