Well, new to me at least.  I bought it from a neighbor who was moving for $50.  It's a Masterbuilt digital smokehouse.  This thing is electric which is new to me but makes things much simpler than tending a fire all day.

I have a quarter of a ham and 3 chicken breasts on there.

I will post pictures as I go.

Around Turkey day I'll put a whole turkey on the bottom and a CHEAP picnic ham on top. As they smoke the fat from the ham drips onto the turkey, keepin' it moist. Try it, you'll like it. Oh, and apple juice in the drip pan for moisture.
