pasta with cherry tomatoes
x 300 gram(s)
Courgettes x 4
Cherry tomatoes x 160
Low-fat crÃ¨me fraiche x 2 tbsp
Cheese x 50
Olive oil x 3 tbsp
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12 min until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, cut the courgettes in half lengthways and then slice.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the courgettes for 2-3 min. Add
the tomatoes and continue cooking for a further minute.
the crÃ¨me fraiche into the pasta and serve immediately topped with
the courgette and tomato mixture and freshly grated cheese.
