#35 Posted: 2/15/2011 8:18:11 AM You can bulk up on muscle with it too, you will need some weights though so you can lift heavier weights in with less reps. But you will lose the fat and will get more defined. If you are already ripped and just want to get bigger, then you may just want to hit the weight room and lift heavier weights there.

#38 Posted: 2/22/2011 7:27:35 PM My buddy just downloaded it for me. I'm a little scared to put it in the dvd player for I suck at cardio. Just started running for the first time in years, which I was never good at. Only up to a mile on the treadmill right now at 6.0 speed. Need to quit being a box and get on this P90X.

#44 Posted: 2/25/2011 3:46:45 PM plyo is crazy, most these workouts took me some time to get thru them all... wait until yoga, i thought yoga was for pussies until i did it, wow, i would sweat like crazy. good luck man, and keep up the hard work! pinoy1da, insanity is even tougher? when done with regular p90x (2 times thru) then going to do insanity, heard it was insane, so be the name!

#45 Posted: 2/25/2011 6:42:04 PM Yeah bro....the yoga is super tough...The plyo was hard as hell but I got through it. The Yoga is ridiculous if you're not super flexible. |

#48 Posted: 4/11/2011 10:48:27 AM About 30 days in on the "lean" program. Lost about 20 pounds and body is toning up almost everywhere. I have a lot more stamina too and can almost finish every workout now(first couple weeks I was a mess).
So far, so good! I'm planning on finishing 90 days with lean and then jumping into the classic. I don't see how I am NOT a beast by the end of the summer. |
